Hard to find contact telephone numbers and address to write too with complaint. But the email feedback system is prompt with replies. No details about administration status, if I order what happens if the company goes bust before my product arrives?, will I be refunded? especially required for orders of high ticket items like laptops. Least the new Zavvi site has free delivery on all orders, not minimum purchase price required like with amazon. But the arrivaldate supplied is suspect, did not come on the expected day, company may have problems with new supply route. Risky to buy from is the question?
