I am far from impressed by Zara, the staff are inept and the clothes are shoddy. Zara also need to improve their level of stock, most of the popular sizes were sold out and the size I tried on was not as small as it should have been.

Very disappointed with my purchase, it was a cashmere top, I followed the wash instructions to the letter but the top shrunk to a size not wearable after just one wash. When I took the top back, the sales assistant spoke in a tone which suggested it was my fault, my overall experience with the company is far from positive.
