Featured Comment mjae Said, Yoox have a surprisingly large and excellently unique selection of products. I've found few if any retailers which stock such a wide variety of designer brands and items from them. I would estimate they have in the region of forty thousand products in total, unheard of in the premium fashion sector. The site itself is a bit of a mess imo, it looks ok and the images are ok. But the information and descriptions are a little light on detail and the layout and text is a little too muddled and confused for my taste. They do provide huge discounts on discontinued lines though. I did not shop there after reading a few reviews online. There seemed to be quite a few complaints over their customer services. I was also unclear where this retailer is based, if it's England or Italy? If they are sending stuff from Italy then I do not want to sending returns back over there. I am unsure whether Italy have to comply to our shopping regulations, like having a seven day cooling off period after a purchase. I'd be happy to hear some more comments because there are only a few posted as of yet.
