My optician of five years takes around seven days to produce my glasses. After accidentally breaking my pair, and having no spare, I was in more of a rush. With Vision Direct's one hour promise, it fit the bill. I found the service professional, it did take over fifteen minutes to get served, but it was a Saturday. I didn't need an eye test, so I have no experience of their ability in this respect, but they were true to their word, my glasses were ready within one hour. The glasses were more expensive than I wished to pay, but overall they are pretty good.
