ellimaybach Said, My latest order was a real disappointment. I have ordered toys from the Toys R Us website for all my children's birthday's, and previously without a single problem. But the latest occasion was different, the box and toy were damaged, and far from suitable as a present. Toys R Us laid the blame on their courier and promised to send out a replacement. I had only 12 days before my child's birthday, but the replacement never arrived. I had to visit another toy shop locally to buy the item. And finally rang Toys R Us to cancel the order and ask for a refund. It took in the region of five weeks before I received the refund, and four phone calls. Buying online is not convenient with a situation like this. -------------------------------------------------------------------------
