William J Munny Said, I ordered a new mobile phone from The Link, with the promise of next
working day delivery, therefore it should have been sent out straight
away. It did not arrive within two days, I phoned up and they gave some
poor excuse, and I demanded a refund and the cancellation of my order.
It took ten working days for the refund to arrive, whereas they debit
my card straight away for payment. The customer care stinks, no apology
for the delay was given, little explanation of their order processing,
or the length of the cancellation period. I would complain, but who would
