my account number is 5********6, I have phoned twice in the last 5 days regarding a recent item I purchased, which has ruined my coat as the peacock colour has come off the item. I was told I would receive a phonecall from a supervisor regarding my damaged coat and I am still waiting. I will be returning said itemfor a full refund, but as I have mislaid delivery note I am also still waiting for returns label. Could you please telephone me on 019**********8 after 4pm thank you.
