I switched to southern electric after they were voted best supplier by uswitch, for three years on the row. To-date I have been more than satisfied with my monthly bills, the ease of switching over, and the speed of which I receive my billing statements. There readings seem alot more accurate than my previous supplier. Full marks 5/5.

Their customer service can not be beaten. Offer some of the best prices around, which is paramount at the moment after losing my job. Any query I have phoned to them (free phone number :) ) has been asnswered courtesourly and they are patient if you are not understanding the gist of their answer. I would recommend them to any friend of family member, I would never switch to any other supplier currently on the market.
