My last purchase was the latest professional edition of windows xp. I bought from Savapoint because they were the cheapest when comparing prices. They had a month long free gift voucher offer for new customer, none of their competitors ran a similar promotion, so it was a no brainer to go with Savapoint. The product arrived as stipulated and I may visit again when I need another software app.

Customer support department were handy when my package was delayed by a courier dispute. They actually phoned me to say there was a trade dispute amongst employees and to expect a one to two day delay. I've found their prices to be competitive in most categories, but it's always useful to check out froogle etc before finally clicking on the checkout button.
