kyrton Said, Customer service is abysmal. Item ordered, stated was instock by site,
suffered delay after delay, it was so perpetual I had to cancel it. An
automated email was sent promising that my card would be refunded. By
seven days it had still not arrived, which forced me to telephone Pixmania
to demand action over the issue. Weeks later I am still waiting for the
refund, shop from Pixmania with a health hazard warning. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- James Said, They sent me the wrong order. fair enough - everyone mnakes mistakes. However, they are in France, won't give their telephone number, and their emails are simply holding emails. and my bank accound has been debited by 975.10 pound by pixmani. aIt is
supposed to be received 5 days later. 6 days after i received an e-mail
that they are out of stock. i spend more than 20 pounds on telephone,
fax, e-mail, even i contact their head office in france to get answer.
