I would like to say that your staff in Formby, Merseyside are very pleasant and helpfull nothing is too much, they will help you find what you are looking for. They dont bother you as soon as you come into the shop, which i like. I have been to alot of your shops on the way up to Scotland and could not believe the hugh size in Fort William, such a lovely shop plenty to choose from. The only thing wrong with Formby is it is too small and you have stopped selling childrens wear, it would be great if you could bring childrens wear back, alot of my friends think the same. Once again I enjoy going into your shop and talking to your staff.

tried to buy button toe post footwear at dunfermline store who gave me number 6****6 but unable to get it up on my computer ! is the number correct? the colour i want is turquoise size 4 thank you in anticipation.

Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing to inform you that my elderly sister has shopped on a number of occasions at your Billingham Branch. The customer care, kindness and compassion shown by a member of staff was exemplary. On the last visit my sister left her handbag in the shop and continued her shopping in Billingham. The member of staff who I believe was Fionnuala kindly ensured that the handbag was returned to my sister.
