Professional showrooms, a good design service, but the prices can be eye watering. I know prices are always on the rise, but I have a medium sized kitchen and was quoted thousands of pounds more than I thought reasonable. I could not negosiate any notable discount so I shopped elsewhere. After reading further on the company, it appears many people have complaints and it sounds like Mganet have featured on Watchdog, the BBC programme (I don't watch it). The only problem is that the majority of people who will write a review will have a complaint. Customer's now expect a flawless service from retailers, so a positive experience is less out of the norm and to be written upon.
