Said, To whom it may concern. I have just spoken to a customer service advisoe regarding a 12.00 admin charge applied to my account. I explained that I comtacted your company several times to make my payment but was unable to get through due to your queing. In the end I had to make the payment via the new automated sysyem which hasnt got the facility to take commision as part payment (if you check back on my account I always do this). This resulted in eventually when I did get through to your customer services the commison wass made on a different day. I explained this and have been told the charge still stands. I am upset and extremely disapointed in the way I have been treated by your organisation after all the years I have traded with yourselves. I have requested that my credit limited be taken down to the balance and I will clear my account and them rerquest my account closed as I no longer wish to trade with an organisation that has such high disreguard for their customers. loyatly obviously means nothing to yourselves. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- raechel Said, i totally agree and will also be paying my account up and closing it
i was goin on holiday and new would not be here to make my payment in
august so instead of paying the £32 for month before i payed £100
to cover the month would not be here but still occured the £12 charge
this is absolutely ridiculous. think your company needs to look at the
people that dont pay there bills instead of punishing the good customers
that always pay, also have had £12 for bein a whole 3 days late

I have sent on to you stickers to show you and save you money.It has now been sorted but a few weeks ago, checking my account, I noticied items I DID NOT RECEIVE or sign for. Also the items I did receive were left in a recycling bag at the door. Now, the stickers I sent you on, are for clothes you put in to black bag for charity leave them by the door with the sticker on it. I have already reported this incident to the Police here. Everyweek I have paid money into my account without fail. Then the first time ever a courier came to our door and my husband signed it, a camera I had ordered, and it was a bottle of perfume. I posted it back.I also gave the details of the post office, ref.no. etc., I am so very sorry if I got that lad into trouble, but on me it wasnt fair either. My own brothers and father worked in the P.O for many many years and on delivery, if they got no answer a slip was put in your letter box for you to go down and sign and collect it..Stuff that I received from you were left in an ordinary recycling bag, for the Corporation to take away .And I felt you needed this to be brought to your attention,it is not fair on you. When I worked as a sales for a drug-company,if a seal was tampered with on a tablet bottle it was sent back.So I do know what way the system works, and our van driver would make sure the pharmacist signed for his stuff. And to be honest with you, your staff are the most obliging employees and very caring. I have not yet come across one rude person. Also the items I sent back, I was told that `I could not order anything NOW, until January. What good is that to me..Be honest I have been putting away ten euros a week with out fail. I find this a very big disappointment if this has to be so. I hope you will try and solve this problem for me. Thanking you ------------------------------------------------------------------------- terry Said, i recently bought a tv for 1399.00 and it was faulty i got it on terms of buy now pay later nov 10 with no interest apr and i was told that when i got a replacement i would get it on same terms up to the value of the tv so when i ordered my replacement i got a tv for 999.00.so i got a dvd player to make up the difference and now they say that i cant have same terms.if i new this i wouldnt of bothered as now it is costing me alot more i spend alot with littlewoods and im not happy with this as i was assured that i would get these terms ------------------------------------------------------------------------- anna Said, i have ordered bunk beds and had to take 2 unpaid days off work firstly they sent the beds with just 1 mattress when i spoke to one of you on phone they then said they would send it two days later so 2nd day off work nothing came so phoned up was told the mattress had been taken to leeds so would have to come next day i cannot afford another day off work but were you bothered all i got was they will put a card through your door and them i will have to make another phone call to arrange a day but for now my son will sleep on floor or on metal bed frame i ordered from you because i am a single mum and cant afford to buy the beds outright but i have to pay for the beds and have also lost 100 pounds in wagers i think you should consider knocking money off the beds to compensate. -------------------------------------------------------------------------
