Said, To whom it may concern. I have just spoken to a customer service advisoe regarding a 12.00 admin charge applied to my account. I explained that I comtacted your company several times to make my payment but was unable to get through due to your queing. In the end I had to make the payment via the new automated sysyem which hasnt got the facility to take commision as part payment (if you check back on my account I always do this). This resulted in eventually when I did get through to your customer services the commison wass made on a different day. I explained this and have been told the charge still stands. I am upset and extremely disapointed in the way I have been treated by your organisation after all the years I have traded with yourselves. I have requested that my credit limited be taken down to the balance and I will clear my account and them rerquest my account closed as I no longer wish to trade with an organisation that has such high disreguard for their customers. loyatly obviously means nothing to yourselves. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- | |
