I have had one encounter with this company re. ordering a catalogue. The customer care department was so extraordinarily unhelpful, continually asking for information which they already had that I cancelled catalogue request. They then asked for even more information to cancel the request. My advice is have nothing to do with them. I dread to think how they would handle a real issue of customer service.
