The staff are knowledgeableand friendly, not too much of a hard sell. But they are still a commercial operation, so expect them to push you in the direction of camera's they want shifted from their stock room. Overall I do appreciate the time and effort they put into a sale, you'll be hard pressed to find another retailers which makes half the effort. They even took my old camera as a part exchange.

Would just like to say that all the staff at the Banbury Branch are terrific.
My photography is my passion, but I am unfortunately long term unemployed.
I cannot afford to print off any photo that I cannot put on my walls.
Your staff guided me in the early days, showed me how to use my camera, how to use your equipment, different print techniques and some 'techie' stuff.
They always greet everyone with a smile and are a huge asset in this difficult trading times

I never go anywhere else
Well done
