Customer S2*******082 I am today in receipt of a letter dated 21st August concerning a debt of £10.50 unpaid I thought I had given a payment over you automated payment line in July obviously you disagree Yesterday I posted a cheque to you for the outstanding balance of £31.73 which closes my account I have had no contact from yourselves either on several or one occasion with the exception of the last statement . This payment is obviously at your firm now , I object to the tone of your letter Louise Price I am aware ,( not being a simpleton ) that debts DO NOT GO AWAY ON THEIR OWN YOUR AUTOMATED PAYMENT SERVICE INCIDENTALLY IS NOT VERY EFFECIENT I BELIEVE I HAD MADE A PAYMENT IN jULY I WILL CHECK WITH DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS The account is now clear on receipt of my cheque dated the 21st August 2008 Please remove my name from your mailing list i.e. catalogues offers etc as I will not be requiring rour services once this matter has been resolved.

my wife ordered qt720ae for me in june ;we waited 6 weeks for the arrival, but nothing so she rang and canceled this item.3 months later not one but two arrived; i repeat 3 months after canceling this item 2 arrived. my wife has tried for two weeks to get return labels or have them picked up .again nothing has been done ,the 2 items are still in my livingroom.now she has been told by one of your telephone persons that we have to make a payment for the items ,which we canceled 3 months ago,my wife said she was not paying for something we had canceled let alone for 2 which we have been billed for ,she was then told that she would be penalized or fined , i feel that your department are not communicating with each other ,because my wife has spoken to numerous people on the phone including your dispatch department to return these items,every time she rings,she is told something different .we would like to place more orders but will NOT untill this is resolved

Disgaceful behaviour J D Williams. I have stopped your literature being delivered because of this unnacceptable behaviour. Get with it ,it is YOUR responsibility to COLLECT unsolicited deliveries, not to intimidate your ex customers!!!

You sent me clothing I never ordered, then tried to make me pay for it! 8 or 9 years later, after telling me it was sorted, you're still trying to make me. I kept the item in my garage for YEARS, waiting for you and you wouldn't collect. I never ordered anything from you EVER and I never would.
