James Villa Holidays are an excellent host, providing villa's in desirable areas such as the Algarve, with well kept villas with the 'X' factor, gardens are unusually excellent for holiday homes. Many villas are in private areas, with stupendous views. There are holiday resorts but that's never interested us as a family. For many villa's a gardener and maid will come sometime in the week. I have read of maids coming ever day, but the brochure suggests once a week. Neither gives a planned time of the week which is disappointing, because you never know when your privacy may be invaded, and this takes away from renting a remote villa. When renting a car expect to pay insurance of at least fifty to one hundred euro's, this is rarely factored into the package price by James Villa.
