I saw it in store for £4.00 and decided to buy it. On returning home i received an email saying it had been despatched @ £7.99 on investigation i found it at £3.99 on the website. I feel this to be extremeley poor service. To make me wait for an item that you must have been aware was to be sold at a lower price then still charge me the higher price is quite frankly wrong. I only recently started using your website to purchase dvds and until now have been very happy, particularly as i buy a lot of dvds (6-8) per month and the savings online are good. However I do not want to wait several weeks for the privelege of paying more than other customers. I wish to draw your attention to the fact that this dvd, is a COPY of
a VHS tape,and also a very poor copy.I know that by now the said film
is out of copyright. But this should not affect the very high quality
to which I have become accustomed from HMV (please check a copy yourself)
I am afraid you shall get more complaints about this DVD.Look forward
