I purchased a bed TX5147 "Chelsea" Memory foam divan Sept/Oct 2006, I have recently noticed the bed has started to sag/bend at the sides, i am disappointed that this is happening in such a short period of time as my last bed (not as expensive as this) showed no signs of sagging at the sides even though we had it long passed the recommended time for use. The beds springs also creek loudly on my husbands side of the bed. Please advise best course of action as i feel the bed (mattress) does not reflect the amount i paid.

I have an account with Great Universal. I then re located on a temporary work move to the States. I continued to make a payment and indeed used your online service. We had some problems with our UK bank Abbey National with them delaying payments and canx transfer instructions despite funds being in the account. This led to us closing this account and attempting to open a new bank account. in the meantime we wrote to let you know this and that payments would resume as soon as we had a new bank account as unable to do from our US bank. We herd nothing from you so assumed this was okay, as indeed it was wit our UK credit card companies. I was thus surprised to receive a debt collection letter dated 20th Oct. I would love to make a payment however we are unable to phone or fax any 08 numbers from the states. I can of course send a cheque which will take longer to reach you. Please contact me on 00*********4 (5hrs behind UK) and let me know if you want payment over the phone or in the form of a cheque, alternatively email jac*********o.uk with a phone number that is not 08 and i will call you. I have not received any previous letters from you despite the comment that the debt company have tried to contact me on several occasions, did they try my UK address & tel number? (Would be surprised if they did as you have our American details on file). Many thanks
