GAME provide a superior customer service to the competition, both online
and instore. It is correct they charge more than some well known online
sites, but alot of retailers irresponsible loss lead on popular video
games. As a specialist GAME do need to produce a profit, and with overheads
on their prime high street locations, it's no surprise you pay a few quid
more than from the sole online traders. I pre-ordered a Wii with GAME
last year. Unlike with virtually every other trader, GAME sold me just
the console and Wii Sports for £179.99. All the other shops required
you to buy a bundle of games with the Wii, which would total 250-300 pounds
at a minimum. I am a frequent customer with GAME, so have a reward card.
A thoroughly reliable trader who are true to their word on pre-orders.
The most professional of all the video game chains, with very friendly
motivated knowledgeable staff.
