Freenet have done a good job with their site, easy to use and browse to a newbie. Their support is superb for any enqueries I've had, even when I have complained about an item not arriving in time. The home page has plenty of glossy images to show all the latest offers and sales. I will shop again if I need another appliance needing replacement, and will recommend them as a reliable, friendly and helpful merchant. Btw, the delivery man said not to order a vax vacuum cleaner, as all the items he was returning were from them. Personally I ordered a dyson with a discount of nearly twenty percent of better known retailers. The order delivery time was confirmed by phone and it came on time. Superb.
