First Choice have arrange three or four of our last holidays. They reps do a good job of helping with any inquiries and providing a jovial and upbeat atmosphere. They can sometimes be snow under with problems and do not always have all the information on hand. I think this is the fault of First Choice, and not the reps, they just expect them to do too much. We booked a day trip on our last holiday to Crete, but it was a let down. The history of the island was mediocre, and no details about how much walking was required was given (essential for older travelers). I would still recommend the company but they are lacking in some respects. The reps should be given more time to prepare day trips etc.
