I'm all in favour of the Euronics network. I only wish my local electronics shop was part of it. It's a crying shame to see family run businesses go to the wall, as our high streets are full of the same old chain stores.

Very poor service from Kenberne in Doncaster I was told lies by staff and i will never go into a euronics store again i have had to cancell a order for a £550 cooker and i will not buy a new washing machine from you which i was ready to do i would like to speak to someone from headoffice but can not find phone number please phone me on 013********18

The Euronics store in Stonehaven has a VERY VERY bad customer service. The guy hung up the phone on me when i called to report a defective TV. I have a guarantee until 2011 but said i wasn't covered. I urge anyone NEVER EVER use euronics please.

I Have just had appalling service from Yeomans in Norwich; i bought a washer dryer installed and old one taken away -they delivered but could not /would not take away or install- and refused to give a discount for not doing this as i now have to pay a plumber.I will not use them or amy other Euronics store again.

Why is there no phone number to contact Euronics on- do their members get a lot of complaints ?

Family friendly old-fashioned service- that is a joke

Do they own the Sony Centres whose service is rubbish...will not answer letters or e-mails, deliver wrong goods and then will not exchange them etc etc.....
