Easy to pay bills with their online management software. It also provides a full history of your billing details. The site lacks alot of details I'd like, such as tariff information and some kind of incentive for billing online. My neighbour has also had problems with Eon. He only lives in a small apartment, and was billed over five hundred pounds by E.on for one quarter. Apparently it tooks months of wrangling with customer support, a engineer to read his meter and further energy estimates before his complaint was upheld. I just hope nothing like that happens to me.
