Better than currys, who i wrote about,

i bought a portable poleroid tv from your store in nottingham we didnt buy a cheap portable but got the dearer one as we thought it would last ,alas)it broke down a week out of garrantee ,it has cost me about £20 in phone calls and got nowere yet someone phoned us to say phone currys and get an enginears report. gave us a number but wrong number which took us back to currys store who told us to cantact another num still wrong num we carnt get to actuly talk to anyone ,(is there anybody there ) i dont think so you need some lessons in customer service .i have now got in touch with trading standeds who says it is not fit for the purpose and should last longer than that ,all we need is an engineers report why carnt you help is it that hard ,this is not a way to treet customers ,i also bought a samsung 40inh tv which is okay up to now but youhave to learn how to treat and reply to your customers not ingnore them i will not buy anything else ,you also need a phone num that doesent cost you the earth ,i get sick of listning to all that jargon on the phone i was on the phone forever
