• Description - The Arcadia Group was taken over by Philip Green in the 1990's and was by and large an ailing company. Since then he has turned around their fortunes, and has made Perkins just as popular as it was in it's 80's hayday. All their stores have undergone a major redesign and revamp in the past few years, but the prices remain very competitive, with most items costing in the region of twenty pounds. The site is clear, uncluttered, with pictures which can be enlarged to give a clear indication of their dimensions.

I ordered multiple items and they did not all arrive at the time like promised. Though the clothes met my expectation, when I attempted to contact dorothy perkins to track down the missing items they were not very helpful. I have not experienced this problem with any other online retailer. I did try and email them firstly, but the replies I got did not solve my problem and I would not recommend other customers to email your problem. It's better to get them on the phone; they take you more seriously. What I was left with was items I had not received but had paid for. I still have not rectified this issue and I am very disappointed by the response of dorothy perkins.

My first order recieved although was quick had the wrong item in the package, so i had to pay again for my order untill they recieved the one i was returning, i was offered free express delivery though, however when i recieved the second replacement order it was again the wrong item so i have spent out twice and still not recieved what i ordered.
