Looks good on paper, the site is professional and the prices impressive. But that is as far as it goes. The products in my experience are not in stock. When you phone up and ask why your order is still on hold you come across surly and rude support personal. If my product develops a fault I will not welcome the opportunity to contact this company again about replacing or repairing it under warranty. I will shop with a merchant with a more reputable and long standing reputation. Digital direct are not that company, I would take your money elsewhere.

To be honest it really doesn't look good on paper, the above synopsis looks like it has been written by a 5 year old.

The company however, I have dealt with many times and have always had great service. To mil46, maybe you should have bothered to call them first to make sure that what you ordered was available? Rather that blindly placing an order on their site, (which at the time did not state stock availability). In terms of surly and rude, I think you will find up north, people tend to react to the way they are spoken to, i.e. customer service is subject to attitude.

Well done for your snipe though, bet you felt better after writing that...

Mike is right, your attitude on the phone decides what kind of response you will get. Show some common courtesy and you'll get it back. Personally I've found this retailer professional in every manner.

Good place to buy TVs. Prices excellent (although watch for delivery charges to Isle of Man - £10 more expensive than other companies). I had a post sale issue which was handled speedily.
