Much better service than with datakits, surely one of the better retailer out there.

As for Datakits website, avoid. I purchased a siemans CL75 cable package from Datakits via Paypal on the 7 -7 -08. Nothing. All I ever recieve back is an automated message. Ive tried getting my money back from Paypal and even they do not want to know. Surely something must be done about Datakit stealing everyones money. Perhaps we should make crimewatch aware of what is going on!!!!!!!!

On MOnady 9th Feb I purchased an Inspiron Mini 9 Notebook but see today (12th) that you are offering a large discount and are giving away a free case for the Mini 9.

How do I ask for a discount on my purchase please?

I see on your website that as I bought a 2 year Warranty I sould have free delivery...so why am I being charged £28.05 with VAT?

I am a pensioner who does Charity work for Project Linus ( which gives quilts and knitted blankets to very sick children in Hospitals and Hospices etc) and need this Notebook. It is not a present to myself!
