Before I bought my first item from Cotton Traders I specifically asked if there were free returns. I WAS GIVEN A FIRM YES !! However , now wanting to return an unsuitable item I am told that I have to take it to the post office and pay return postage. Only when the goods are returned on these terms will my money be refunded. I am extremely annoyed at being given incorrect information. Also, why cannot the courier collect ? I was very pleased with the first item and it is therefore a shame that I will not be having any more dealings with your company. Having paid £4 to deliver and most likely another £4 to return, an article costing 19.99 will have cost £28 approx and I will only get £15.99 back. Hardly a bargain and I will most certainly not be taken in again.

Order Number 2******33 I returned most of this order and when I tried to balance the credit to the actual payment I found that the computerised calculated total on the bill was over charged by 38 pence. Not a lot of money but I feel the computer programe needs to be checked.

I recently visited your outlet at Freeport Fleetwood ( Easter Sunday) and was served by a member of staff sucking a lolly, not only is this inappropriate but it was totally unprofessional, I myself work in retail and we certainly would not be able to stand greeting customers with a lolly in our mouths.We have bought a lot of clothes off you over the years (mail order) but would think twice about visiting this branch.
