Out of all the online electronics retailers Comet is the one I buy from the most. Their prices are competitive, maybe not the best, but low enough for me not to wish to take a punt with a company I have no experience with. They did used to have a second hand, repaired returns section. I picked up a toshiba widescreen tv around four years ago from them. The thing has broke now, but the service I received from the site was second to none. Since then I've lost count of the times I've shopped with them. Every time the service has been top notch, with not a single thing to complain about. The best online electrical seller.

I personally would never shop with comet again! they lie and cheat and treat customers like - well i think you know!

basically my tv went on n off all the time n possesed volume too. 1 engineer visit, didn't know what he was doin! 2nd didn't no what he was doin. 3rd taken to leeds centre only to be sat there 5-6wks' not repaired and returned. with 3months direct exchange - which hasn't happened - i will not be shoppin with this company again who clearly don't live electical else they would offer a better level of service!
