you have taken money from my bank account for a dvd which i ordered around christmas and paid for i am still waiting for the singstar anthems dvd that i have paid for of which i ordered around the 9th of december and the money taken from my account i e-mailed you to say i no longer wanted the dvd the last time was february .so why did you enter my account again and take money that was not yours for a dvd i have already bought from the high street as it took so long to be delivered and still waiting. i want the money back in my account Keep your dvd. i have also informed family and friends to no longer deal with your shop .........
